You must understand that registration in our partnership program stipulates that you automatically accept the following terms and conditions!
We have the right to change and/or add the following terms and conditions with prior notification through a news-block on our website.
We work as a partnership program and pay 50% (fifty percent) of all types of transactions. If the subscriber requires a refund or a chargeback, 50% of the transaction's cost will be withdrawn from you. Besides you are responsible for 50% of the penalty the processing company levies on a chargeback.
If you get more than 50 subscriptions of any type
during one pay period, your percentage will be higher in the next pay
period:
50-99 subscriptions in a pay period - 55% of all the subscriptions;
100-149 subscriptions in a pay period - 60% of all the subscriptions;
150-199 subscriptions in a pay period - 65% of all the subscriptions;
To raise the percentage for the next pay period, please, contact the support service.
Attention: If you get less than 50 subscriptions during the next pay period, the percent stake will be reduced to 50% again.
You can refer other webmasters to our partnership program. In this case you will get 10% of all the income of the webmaster you referred.
Attention: You cannot refer yourself as an affiliate. If it occurs, your account will be suspended.

All the transactions are paid with a 21 days delay.

You get paid on the 5th and 19th day of every month in case your balance equals to or exceeds $100.00 or $250.00 for wire transfer.

All payments are made only in US dollars.

You can get a prepayment and/or a payment even if your balance is below $100.00. But in this case you will be deducted 10% from the amount of the payment.
a) Advertising our sites using non niche traffic. For example, if you send "mature niche" traffic to our "upskirt voyeur niche" sites.
b) Advertising our sites using traffic with too low convertion rate (less 1:4000) quality.

c) Advertising our sites through unsolicited mass mailing (SPAM) is forbidden.

d) Advertising our sites using stolen traffic (TGP-redirecting) is forbidden.

e) Advertising our sites through resources with illegal content (child porn, zoo, rape), harmful programs (viruses and exploits) or any content prohibited by US Law is forbidden.

f) Usage of stolen information for advertising of our sites is forbidden.
g) We are accept traffic only from following countries: AT, AU, BE, CA, CH, DE, DK, ES, FI, FR, FX, GB, GR, HU, IE, IT, JP, NL, NO, NZ, PT, SE, UK, US. A traffic from other counties not accepted and not counted.
If you violate any of the provisions marked a) and b) your account will be banned. Your account may be activated again if you will send niched and normal quality traffic.
If you violate any of the provisions marked from c) to f) your account will be terminated and all your money forfeit!
